Customer Service Representative

We at recruitinflux deal with different customers on behalf of the company or organization. They give information regarding the products and services that the organization offers.

We also respond to the complaints of the customers, take orders, and even process returns or exchanges of products. We solve problems and answer questions from the customers.

If the customer calls and raises their issues which need to be settled, then our representative will provide remedies to their problems. We access to the responses for the specific guidelines, and most frequently asked questions to deal with the customer’s complaints and requests.
